根据《医疗机构医疗保障定点管理暂行办法》（国家医疗保障局令第2号）、《零售药店医疗保障定点管理暂行办法》（国家医疗保障局令第3号）、《安徽省医疗保障局办公室关于贯彻落实〈医疗机构医疗保障定点管理暂行办法〉、〈零售药店医疗保障定点管理暂行办法〉的通知》（皖医保办〔2021〕9号）及芜湖市医疗保障定点医药机构资源配置规划等文件要求，结合我市实际，我局起草了《芜湖市基本医疗保险定点医药机构准入退出管理暂行办法（征求意见稿）》。现将内容予以公示，征求社会公众意见。相关单位和社会各界人士可通过以下途径和方式反馈意见建议。
