2025年4月，我市被列为国家基本医保定点医药机构资源配置规划试点城市。为进一步完善医疗保障定点管理制度，有效发挥医保基金战略购买作用，提高基本医保定点医药机构资源配置效率，切实保障参保人员基本医保医药服务需求，根据《医疗机构医疗保障定点管理暂行办法》（国家医疗保障局令第2号）、《零售药店医疗保障定点管理暂行办法》（国家医疗保障局令第3号）和国家、省相关文件精神，结合本市实际，我局起草了《芜湖市医疗保障定点医药机构资源配置三年行动计划2026-2028年）（征求意见稿）》（以下简称《行动计划》），现公开向社会征求意见。如有修改意见或建议，请于2026年1月26日前通过电子邮件、传真等形式反馈至我局规划财务和法规科。以单位名义提出的修改意见或建议，请加盖公章。
